Job Descriptions

(Japan, Osaka) Looking for a Catering & Events Sales Manager for a 5 star hotel. 

About the Role:
• Liaise with Reservations & Revenue Manager for all reservation confirmations
Administration
• Preparation of proposals, drafting and issuing contracts, communications, database input and filing
• Meet with clients to understand their wedding and catering requirements.
• Develop event timelines, menus, seating plans, and service schedules.
• Liaise with florists, photographers, entertainers, rental companies, and other vendors.
• Communicate and follow through with other hotel departments to ensure that the sales commitment is being fulfilled
• Obtain market intelligence and information gathering of benefit to the hotel.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: JPY 420,000 - 450,000 (Approximately USD 2,661 - USD 2,851) (Negotiable based on experiences)
  • Commuting Allowance: Provided up to JPY 40,000/month
  • Relocation Allowance: Provided up to JPY 500,000 (For Resident outside of Osaka)
  • Annual Paid Leave: Provided 
  • Medical Insurance: Provided
